As acomodações são ótimas, conforme o anúncio! Existem telas de segurança na sacada, segurança para as crianças e animais de estimação, ar condicionado nos dois quartos e duas tvs.
Um ponto negativo é o estacionamento de veículos que fica no subsolo, as vagas são bem apertadas, pouca iluminação e tem um cheiro bem forte de mofo.

As acomodações são ótimas, conforme o anúncio!
